On this episode in the Modaverse, I had the pleasure of teaming up with DJ Selectress Iriela, and Event Coordinator Mirella Bajaña BKA Azùca (aka my Zu Zu) for a Studio 54 inspired disco bash powered by Second World Productions & Fusicology in the heart of NYC. It’s no secret, TOGETHER, WE ARE THE HEARTBEAT OF THE CITY, creating a herstorical night that blended fashion, art, and pure fun on the dance floor.
Selectress mixed old-school jams with fresh beats, laying down the funky foundation for a modern disco experience. While Zu and Kay (Ace Hotel’s Finest Manager ) kept the good vibes flowing all night long. Stickglu And Indigo added a stylish flair to the whole affair.
Our Youniteam, led by Deb Hesketh and Morgan Jesse-Lappin, alongside the talented newcomer Daze, a designer from the X, ensured the night was nothing short of outstanding, and effiecient. Selectress truly kept the crowd on their feet.
Big shoutout to Mari J Brooklyn, Sensei Aura, Luca Gola, Stunt Banga, Jaivanni, Proper Grooming Clothing, the Love Train, Julio Ormeno, and all the funky cats who keep NYC the most happening spot on the planet.
